Due to an unfortunate accident, I dropped my Iphone 11 and the screen went completely black. As someone who relies on their phone for work, I was understandably concerned. However, I decided to take it to IFix, a reputable phone repair shop. Unfortunately, they were out of screens at the time but assured me that they would have them in stock the next day. Despite feeling disappointed, the staff went above and beyond by providing me with another phone to use temporarily. Although I couldn't access my Gmail account, the staff didn't give up and managed to put on a second-hand screen so I could continue with my work. The following day, I returned to IFix and was pleasantly surprised that my phone fixed in less than 20 minutes and working perfectly. I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of phone repairs. Their exceptional service and dedication to their customers are truly commendable.

My mobile phone broke while on holiday in Malta, and during a bike ride. I was completely lost but managed to come across iFix by sheer luck. I was given clear options as to whether I wanted to get the screen fixed or buy a new phone. I chose the latter and was made to feel at home while I waited for the data to transfer across. Zharko and the rest of the iFix Rabat team were so wonderful to me during my computer crisis. They handled my issue quickly and with great knowledge, care, and kindness. When the fix did not hold and it became clear significant further repairs would be the next step, they offered to refund my money so I could just get a different computer. My Macbook Pro battery needed a replacement, so these guys made a great job where aside from replacing the battery they've done a proper cleaning as well. All that with a reasonable rates and very good responsiveness deserves a five stars.

Took my laptop in due to broken screen. Unfortunately I was on a tight schedule and could not wait for delivery for particular parts needed. Although my laptop could not be fixed on my schedule, they did everything in their power to help. Very professional and friendly and most importantly 100% transparent!

I came to iFix in a bit of a panic as my macbook stopped working and the iCentre had quoted me 600 euro for repair. I wanted to get a second opinion, and that was a good call, as iFix managed to fix it for 65 euro instead (it just needed a good clean, not repair!). They also helped me very quickly as I needed to travel for work with macbook in a few days. Thanks again for your excellent help and service! Recommended 🙂
Had a water accident on a Dji drone controller, Dji service centre in Netherlands weren’t able to solve the issue. I contacted Zharko from iFix Rabat, given the urgency he quickly identified the part needed and he helped me in locating and ordering such component.
