iFix Malta (referred to as “our company” or “we”), Triq San Trofimu, Rabat, RBT 2222, Malta, is an administrator of the personal data of our customers.
iFix Malta guarantees that any personal data processed within our working procedure shall be per the requirements of local and EU legislation on data protection in force at the time of the data processing, including the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
Personal data used within communication with our company are being processed to provide service, repairs, or data recovery upon customers’ request and any personal data will be available to a restricted number of staff members.
Personal data provided to our company will be retained by iFix to make sure we can provide the best service. Failure to provide personal data will lead to reduced efficiency in providing our services or not being able to deliver the best repair as it’s needed to fully test the repaired device or data recovery to be done.
Clients have the right to access and port their data, rectify, erase and restrict their data, and object to processing in terms of the GDPR.

The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear by your request at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.
If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number which are necessary for better communication and delivery of the requested service.
